Seriously, betdsi seems like a bad joke. For 3 days now they have explained that there is a technical problem so poker accounts cannot be created when you register an account at their website.
This seemed like a good event, but if you can’t create poker accounts it will not really attract any new players…
We have mailed BetDSI about this issue and are waiting for their reply
It seems not to be only for new accounts, but existing ones too, because I’ve played past games there, but now can’t log in to play! Live support was not a solution.
So because my poker account was already created and been used months ago, I went to log in BEFORE depositing, and therefore never made a deposit, seeing that I was locked out. So I guess I won’t be “taken care of” as a depositor, for doing things the wrong way round!
Support telling you they’ve fixed it and they haven’t is the most annoying though!
p.s. I can log into my sportsbook account just fine. I don’t have a suspended account or anything. It’s just poker accounts, new AND old.
I’ve made a deposit with Neteller, but in the personal details is not done … In addition, there is nothing in the details (name, surname, address), the date of birth is wrong, yet when I joined I filled a form with all data … For the record I had entered the tournament on Saturday, it seemed strange that we were so few (8) … Forgive my horrible English!
